KICKOFF MEETING - MUSTERING ELM PARK GROUP -
APRIL 5TH, 7:00 PM AT THE PARK.
After a long, snowy winter, spring has finally arrived. It’s time to think about getting the Park ready for the season. First of all, a big thank you to all who worked, paid dues, and gave donations last year.
Last year was an exiting time for the Park. We got the electricity we have waited for so long and we bought the Park! We received a grant from Martin County Community Foundation last fall which will be used to build a new restroom.
We now need all of you to come to the kickoff meeting for the new season. It is scheduled for Monday, April 5th 7:00 p.m. at the Park. Please bring a snack or dessert to share with everyone. Nominations will be taken for new officers then voting will take place at the May meeting.
We will also discuss the schedule for the summer and accept ideas and suggestions for events.
To keep the Park going, we will need more volunteers to help with the events.
Regular meetings will be held on the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. from April through October. All meetings and events will be at the Park.
